Fees Schedule
1) Competitive & reasonable fee considering the state of-the-art facilities and quality of education with no
extra charge for any compulsory activity.
2) The cost of uniform and books are not included in the fee mentioned below.
3) The school does not provide any transport services .
4) Fees structure for the academic year :- 2026-27
5) School fee is payable on term basis :

6) Kind Attention
Parents are requested to follow strictly to the schedule failing which a late payment fine of
Rs. 05 Per working day will be charged.
7) Online payment
❖ Part A
To make the fees payment convenient for the parents , the management had decided
to collect the fees with the online portal through the school application. Parent may choose any one
of the following modes.
1) Net Banking – Parents can log in to their bank accounts and make payments.
2) Credit/Debit card – Parents can make the payment by entering card details.
3) UPI – Parents can enter their virtual payment ID i.e VPA to pay the fees.
On successful completion of transactions, a receipt gets generated and parents can download it
for their record.

Fee can be paid by Cash / UPI /Cheque
If payment through cheque : in favour of : SAKAR ENGLISH SCHOOL
Please note : Write name, class, section and contact number at the back side of the cheque.
FEE REFUND POLICY
a. For New Admissions: Admission is withdrawn before one month of start of academic year:
a. Tuition fee for Q1 will be refunded.
b. Term Fee will be refunded.
c. Admission fees will not be refunded.
b. For New Admissions: Admission is withdrawn less than one month before the start of
Academic year:
a. Tuition fee for 1 month will be retained. If the remaining months are paid,it will be refunded .
b. Term Fee will not be refunded .
c. Admission fees will not be refunded.
c. For New Admission & Existing Students : Admission is withdrawn after the start of academic year:
a. Tuition fee till the end of the month, will be retained. If any balance amount paid to be refunded.
b. Admission fees will not be refunded.
d. Other Conditions:
a. Any fees paid for a student is not adjustable against the fee of any other student.
b. All unpaid fees must be paid before TC/LC is issued to the student.
c. Refund will be processed within 3 months after the withdrawal form is submitted along with
refund application, valid bank details of the parent & their ID proof .
